YALSA/Dollar General Teen Summer Internship Program

Apply for a $1,000 grant to support a teen intern program at your library! The Dollar General Literacy Foundation and YALSA will grant 40 libraries funding to use teen interns to assist in summer reading programs. Funds can be used for intern stipends, trainings, or other intern-related activities as deemed appropriate. 

The $1,000 grants are made possible by the Dollar General Literacy Foundation. Individual library branches within a larger system are welcome to apply. To be eligible for this grant, you must be a personal member of YALSA and live within 20 miles of a Dollar General store.
