Presented by a seasoned library marketer and instructor, this series walks participants through a thorough definition of library marketing and the tools needed to create an effective library marketing plan. Among other topics, the series touches on marketing terminology, marketing plan components, market segmentation, and primary and secondary market research tools. The “Library Marketing 101” series is geared toward workers in public, academic, and special libraries.
