Committee on Legislation (COL) resolutions are position statements on public policy issues authored by the COL and adopted by the ALA Council. ALAIR contains COL resolutions as well as resolutions authored by other ALA groups on subjects of interest to COL. For each resolution, the council document number, title, and conference/year in which it was adopted are provided. The resolutions are also classified in ALAIR under the following sixteen subjects:
