To develop an online conference in March 2020, following the success of the previous ALCTS Exchange. ALCTS will take on logistical and structural support for the conference; members from all divisions will contribute content expertise.

Our Work
Deliverables:
- Selection of dates and time frame for the Exchange
- Determining appropriate online venue and mechanisms for delivering content and engaging attendees
- Determining types of educational offerings
- Determining key topic areas/themes
- Determining appropriate online venue and mechanisms for delivering content and engaging attendees
- Recruiting speakers and content providers
- Work with staff on marketing/communication for the program
- Attending the virtual conference
Expected Time Commitment:
- 30-40 hours annually, to include regular virtual meetings and other work on deliverables; busiest during the month of the Exchange
Desired skills, knowledge, and experience:
- Knowledge of or interest in any of the following: continuing education and programming, professional and leadership development, advocacy and outreach, standards and competencies
- Conference planning experience
