Uncommon Heroes: A Celebration of Heroes and Role Models for Gay and Lesbian Americans

The Gay, Lesbian, and Bisexual Book Awards are presented to English language books that have exceptional merit relating to the gay/lesbian/bisexual/transgendered experience. Though this award's name has been changed, its work continues through the current Stonewall Book Awards presented by the Rainbow Round Table (RRT).
