This project will provide an understanding of the reading needs and library usage among the growing South East Asian Community in the Metro Vancouver Area and the Capital Regional District of British Columbia. The study will enable public libraries to better serve the needs of immigrant communities through a multitude of services accommodating language, community partnerships, collections, and programming.
