About

Bridge to Terabithia is a sensitive portrayal of a friendship between Jess, a rural boy who aspires to be the fastest runner in the fifth grade, and Leslie, the city-bred girl who takes the title away from him. "Terabithia" is the name that Leslie bestows upon their hideaway, a secret spot in the woods where she shares with Jess her books, ideas and dreams.
