About

Bixby Alexander Tam, the neurodivergent star of Elana K. Arnold’s Bat series, is entering fourth grade on a wave of change. There’s no class pet, a teacher who doesn't want one, and a classmate who just doesn’t seem to understand him - not that he understands her any better. If he’s going to turn this year around, he’ll have to find a way to get everyone on the same page.
