Victorian cottage owned by Waldemar Ager from 1903 to 1962. Ager was a Norwegian-American newspaperman, lecturer, and author, known for his books On the Way to the Melting Pot: A Novel (1917), Sons of the Old Country (1926), and Kristus for Pilatus (1910).
