Coding Clubs Promotional Flyer

An example of a recruitment flyer designed to encourage participation from underrepresented groups in coding opportunities.
This flyer uses a number of strategies to invite youth to programs, including those who may not yet be involved with technology: (1) Including relatable images of the target population, in this case, a diverse group of teen girls; (2) Highlighting benefits of participation, in this case, workforce readiness; and (3) Highlighting logistics that make programming accessible, in this case emphasizing the word, "free", and including information about the Little Coders Club for younger siblings to ease parent transportation and scheduling challenges.
