Publicity for the exhibition is the responsibility of the host site; however, ALA will work with each host site to achieve the best coverage possible. Please contact the ALA Public Programs Office if you have questions or need PR materials. ALA Public Programs staff will be happy to speak to local reporters about the exhibit.
Exhibit sites must submit—at least three days before printing or posting—all draft copy of publicity (news releases, media advisories, website articles or notices, backgrounders, program flyers, ads, and invitations, etc) to the ALA Public Programs Office by either e-mail or fax. ALA reviews only the credit information on PR pieces.
