The following linked documents contain information for Project Directors of the participating libraries and Partner Organizations of the Great Stories CLUB book discussion program. A resource guide, including questions and tips for conducting a successful book discussion program, a related reading guide for teens, publicity guidelines for sponsor credits and acknowledgements, a sample student certificate, and the final report form are provided below.

  • Sample certificate of accomplishment (
    Microsoft Publisher) to provide to participants. If you have access to Microsoft Publisher, you can print these with the teen’s name, as well as the name/title of the librarian and any other official (the principal, someone from the partnering facility, etc.).
