Most state humanities councils have a list of scholars who have experience with public programming and/or Speaker’s Bureaus. Check to see if there are scholars in your state who offer presentations about the Negro leagues, baseball and society, or specific players.
Authors of books about Negro league baseball are often interested in doing presentations.
