Peer Reviewer Opportunity - LTC Access Round 4
A crucial part of every grant opportunity in the Public Programs Office (PPO) is the peer review process. Every application is reviewed by external reviewers, peers in the library field, and scored on an evaluation rubric to aid in the selection process. Now is your chance to apply to be one of the peer reviewers for the fourth round of Libraries Transforming Communities: Accessible Small and Rural Communities.
Peer reviewers will receive an honorarium of $150 for their work and can expect to review approximately 25 applications.
Timeline:
Application opens: Friday, October 31, 2025
Application due: Friday, November 14, 2025, at 11:59 pm CT
Review Period: January 15 through January 29, 2026
Eligibility Requirements for Peer Reviewers:
- Current ALA or ARSL member (membership number needed for application)
- Library not submitting an application for Round 4 of LTC Access
- Able to complete approximately 25 reviews between January 15 and January 29, 2026

Submit applications on ALA Apply starting October 31.
Ensure you are in the "Applicant" Role after logging in. Once on the Applicant Dashboard, click "Apply" and search for a process titled "PPO LTC ACCESS 4 Peer Review Application (2025)".
