"The virtual world of Teen Second Life (TSL) is a great space in which libraries
can interact with teens. While TSL is not a 'game' per se, it can share many
characteristics of games and serve the interest of gamers including; having
choices about what to do, creating a character that will interact with others,
earning currency though participating in various activities, being the hero of
the environment and much more. Learn how many events that you probably already
do as part of library programming; author visits, book discussions, movie
viewing, and contests can be part of this 3D virtual world and what the added
benefits are of being here. " More info....
