Online Communities Survey

Online Communities Survey

survey buttonALA is investigating online community software in order to enhance member communication and collaboration. We ask your help to determine which features should be included in our forthcoming request for proposals (RFP). As an ALA and/or Division member, your satisfaction with any system selected is exceedingly important. Your input will inform our decision and is greatly appreciated.

For a fuller explanation of online communities or the terms used below, clicking on this page will open a separate window with definitions, which you may want to resize and refer back to. If you hold your mouse over the term, the definition will appear. Clicking on a link will also bring up a definition in a separate window so that your survey answers are not reset.

Please respond by April 27, 2004. This survey takes approximately seven minutes to complete.
