Charge
- Identify programming for ALA annual and midwinter meetings
- Communicate with potential participants
- Request time and space on ALA schedule, including identifying necessary room size, equipment needed, etc.
- Follow up with intended speakers to ensure successful program arrangements
- Coordinate with Membership Committee to plan social events
