Below are steps on how to use Citrix, the software you need for remote access to iMIS and/or Prophix whether you’re in the office or remote already.

Adding iMIS

  1. IT will automatically install the Citrix receiver on your laptops

    You will receive the prompt below. You can go ahead and check the box (Do not show this window automatically at logon).  Leave the email/server address blank.

To verify the Citrix service is running you will see this Citrix Receiver icon on your bottom tool bar. If you do not see it, please email Help@ALA.org

How to log in and use Citrix:

 

Log in with network credentials at https://citrix.ala.org

Click Detect Receiver

Click on Already Installed

Click on All Apps

Check the Apps that you want Icons for on the main screen.

iMIS

To add new iMIS to your Citrix Desktop:

Click on the plus sign

Then Click on All Apps and iMIS
