Outlook - Publish Calendar

  1. Open the calendar online by logging in here - https://outlook.office.com/calendar/view/month
  2. Click on the settings icon

  3. Search for and click on Publish a Calendar

  4. Select the calendar you want to publish (these are almost always named ‘Calendar’

  5. Select the permissions

  6. Click on Publish
  7. Share the HTML link with people who need to see the calendar
