RUSA Cultural Norms

In an effort to support and guide the RUSA Board of Directors work during its current strategic planning process, the Board’s cultural alignment was examined in order to confirm that it mirrored the values and norms the Board and RUSA hold in high regard. This examination and discussion led to the creation of a Cultural Norms document. RUSA leadership would also like to take this opportunity to thank everyone for their input into the recent survey on the strategic planning process. The response exceeded expectations and will help in the development of the new RUSA strategic plan.
