Composition
There shall be three to five members appointed by the Vice-Chair/Chair-Elect of BRASS. Members should have a strong background in business librarianship, an awareness of current & effective practices in librarianship, and be active members within the librarianship profession. In addition, members should represent reasonable diversity in both geography and current professional employment.
Terms of Office
Members of the committee will serve for two years and shall be eligible for reappointment for a consecutive two-year term. Terms will be staggered so that continuity will be maintained.
The committee can function as a virtual committee, and typically convenes at least twice a year, working in-between meetings with asynchronous communication.
