ACRL-Western European Specialists Section-Martinus Nijhoff International West Europeans Specialists Study Grant
This annual award was established by WESS in 1985 under the sponsorship of Martinus Nijhoff International, subscription agent and bookdealer, headquartered in The Hague, the Netherlands.

IFLA - Dr. Shawky Salem Training Grant for Arab Specialists in Library and Information Sciences
The aim of this grant is to enable an expert in library and information science from an Arab country to be trained in an apsect of modern technology in library and information science in one or more western countries for a period of one to three weeks.

IFLA/OCLC Early Career Development Fellowship
This program aims to provide continuing education for library and information science professionals from countries with developing economies. The program will select up to four individuals each year to visit OCLC's headqurters in Dublin, Ohio, USA for four weeks to participate in a program of lectures, seminars and mentoring.

Medical Library Association - Cunningham Memorial International Fellowship
This is a four-month fellowship for health sciences librarians from countries outside of the United States and Canada.
