These states and counties align with the Microsoft Airband Initiative and (as indicated with an *) Microsoft TechSpark.

Note, PLA has listed the internet service providers (ISPs) working with Microsoft on the Airband Initiative below for information. Libraries are not required to be working with the listed ISP to apply for the program.

Updated 5/5/2020: The state of Florida and county of Miami-Dade was removed; although the Microsoft TechSpark program is operating in Miami-Dade, there are no rural libraries to be eligible there.
