PLA's field-driven initiative, Project Outcome, is a FREE online toolkit offering an innovative and easy-to-use platform for public libraries to measure the impact of their programs and services. For the first time, public libraries have access to an aggregated set of outcome measurement data and analysis tools they can use to affect change within their communities and beyond.
