How a Very Small Library Created Programs with Huge Success
Prosper (Texas) Community Library may be small, but it’s definitely mighty. It currently shares space with a middle school—limiting its hours, but not lessening the quality of its programs or collection. Join us to hear how the library director has gotten creative and led positive change for the library and its growing community (three families a day move here!). Learn about the challenges and obstacles like story times off site, as well as the wins, like quality programs on a limited budget, community partnerships, and creative publicizing. This little library has plenty of big ideas to share!
