PLA 2026 Conference
April 1–3, 2026
Minneapolis, MN
PLA welcomed more than 6,400 public library workers, supporters, and vendors from across the country and around the world to celebrate all things public libraries at the PLA 2026 Conference, April 1–3, in Minneapolis! This three-day event was jam-packed with over 100 educational sessions, awe-inspiring speakers, bestselling authors, networking opportunities, and an exhibits hall with vendors offering the best library products and solutions.

On-demand recordings of the PLA 2026 Virtual Conference are now available à la carte for public library professionals and advocates wishing to sample the educational offerings from the Virtual Conference. Half of the virtual sessions were encore presentations of in-person programs, and half were Virtual Conference-exclusive sessions.
