Candidate Bio (1–2 paragraphs)

We encourage you to describe your professional experience as well as include a personal sentence or two about hobbies, family, etc. Please write your bio in THIRD PERSON.

Candidate Personal Statement (2–3 sentences)

Some things to consider: Why you would like to be a part of PLA leadership, what public library issue/challenge is front-of-mind for you, how can PLA (and you) make a difference for public libraries, etc. Please write your personal statement in FIRST PERSON.

Candidate Photo

Photo should be no less than 160 pixels wide x 200 pixels tall at a minimum resolution of 72 pixels per inch (PPI); larger than 160 x 200 pixels and a higher resolution is strongly recommended (PLA will crop and/or resize as needed).
