Cory Lampert has been appointed to the position of NMRT Fundraising Coordinator for July 2013 to June 2015.

Linda Crook, NMRT Past-President, has moved from temporary status to tenure-track in her position as Science Librarian & Reference Team Leader at Washington State University.

Megan Hodge, NMRT Leadership Director, was named Chesterfield County Public Library's Employee of the Year for 2012. She was also a co-recipient, along with fellow NMRT member Rebecca K. Miller, of the 2012 Virginia Library Association Presidential Citation.

Michael Grutchfield was hired as a part time Reference and Instruction Librarian for the University of Portland (Oregon).

Stacey Nordlund, Reference Librarian at the Toronto Public Library, recently published the article, "Information Literacy Instruction for Upper-Year Undergraduate Students: A Stratified Course-Integrated Approach"(http://scholarworks.sjsu.edu/slissrj/vol2/iss2/4/) in San José State University's Student Research Journal. She has also been awarded an EBSCO Midwinter Meeting Sponsorship (http://americanlibrariesmagazine.org/news/ala/ebsco-awards-five-scholars...) to attend the ALA Midwinter Meeting.
