CHICAGO-Ian Richardson, student at Wayne State University, has been selected as the 2017 BRASS SimplyMap Student Travel Award winner. Administered by the Business Reference and Services Section (BRASS) of the Reference and User Services Association (RUSA), the award is sponsored by SimplyMap, and includes $1,250 to fund travel expenses to the ALA Annual Conference.

CHICAGO—On Friday, June 23, at the 2017 ALA Annual Conference in Chicago, the Emerging Technologies Section (ETS) of the Reference and User Services Association (RUSA) are hosting “We Are All User Experience Librarians: Creating Change from the Trenches” preconference.
