ALA President Barbara Stripling’s free webinar series to continue with 'Strategic Library Partnerships'

CHICAGO — “Strategic Library Partnerships” is a free webinar focusing on successful partnerships between library types and local government, business communities, community groups and more. Learn how successful partnerships help libraries of all types further their mission, expand their reach, increase their impact and meet their goals.  It will take place from 1 – 2 p.m. CDT, on Monday, March 24, 2014.

Nationally recognized speakers include Tammy Westergard, deputy director, Carson City Library (Nev.), Sue Kowalski, librarian, Pine Grove Middle School (N.Y.), and Teacher Librarian Leadership Award recipient, and Rebekkah Smith Aldrich, coordinator for library sustainability, Mid Hudson Library System (N.Y.).
