RUSA offers President's Program on 'What You'll Read Next: The Buzz of Books'
CHICAGO-The Reference and User Services Association (RUSA) will offer the inside scoop on how literary sensations are created at its President's Program, "What You'll Read Next: The Buzz of Books," on June 26, 2006, 1:30-3:30 p.m., during the American Library Association (ALA) Annual Conference in New Orleans.
This program will provide an informative discussion on the circle of writing, publishing, and reading.
Attendees will hear the perspectives of a journalist covering the book beat, a librarian with a passion for connecting books and readers, and an acclaimed author about what determines the next best seller.
The speakers are:
