LAMA seeks nominations for division awards
CHICAGO - The Library Administration and Management Association (LAMA), a division of the American Library Association (ALA), seeks nominations for the 2006 Recognition of Group Achievement Award, the Leadership Award, and President's Award.
The deadline for nominations and supporting materials is December 2, 2005.

LAMA Recognition of Group Achievement Award recognizes groups or committees that provide outstanding service in support of LAMA and LAMA sections and committees.

LAMA Leadership Award will be awarded to honor an individual LAMA member for outstanding contributions in support of LAMA and LAMA sections and committees.

LAMA President's Award recognizes extraordinary contributions to the goals of LAMA by outside organizations or by individuals who are not LAMA members.
All awards consist of a citation to be presented at the LAMA President's Program during the 2006 ALA Annual Conference. For nomination forms and guidelines, visit
