CHICAGO - The Reference and User Services Association (RUSA) will host its 2nd Annual RUSA Virtual Forum March 28 and 30. The Forum will offer two nonconsecutive days of programs dedicated to showcasing the work of its section groups and professional best practices for our nation's library workers in reference, user services, adult readers advisory and collection development as well as resource sharing, genealogy and archives, business reference and reference technology.

Under the Forum theme "Reference and User Services Re-Imagined", we will share what Reference and User Services Librarians are doing to make their services known and their voices heard. What are they doing that is new and different in re-imaging services for the next generation of library users.

The event will offer an Opening Keynote Session by Augusta Baker Endowed Chair and Associate Professor at the School of Library and Information Science, at the University of South Caroline, Dr. Nicole A. Cooke, PH.D., M.ED., MLS.
