CHICAGO - 33 members have been elected as Councilors-at-Large on the Council of the American Library Association (ALA) for three-year terms. The terms begin at the close of the 2017 ALA Annual Conference in Chicago, and extend through the end of the 2020 ALA Annual Conference in Philadelphia. One (1) member was elected to complete a one-year term beginning at the close of the 2017 Annual Conference in Chicago and extend through the 2018 Annual Conference in New Orleans.
