Spring/Summer 2025 ALA Graphics catalog

CHICAGO – The Spring/Summer 2025 ALA Graphics catalog delivers a host of exciting posters and bookmarks to inspire and encourage readers of all ages. Gracing the cover is a new poster by artist Rebecca Lee Kunz, recipient of the 2025 Caldecott Medal for “Chooch Helped,” written by Andrea L. Rogers. A matching bookmark is also available.

The catalog also marks the official launch of new themes for Library Card Sign-up Month and Banned Books Week. The 2025 Library Card Sign-up Month theme, “One Card, Endless Possibilities,” reminds users about the countless benefits of a library card. From borrowing museum passes, musical instruments, and even tools, to taking part in engaging programs like book clubs, movie nights, crafting classes, and so much more, it’s one card with endless possibilities! National Library Week is celebrated every September.

The 2025 Banned Books Week theme, “Censorship Is So 1984,” reminds us that the right to read belongs to all of us, and that censorship has no place in contemporary society. The call to action, “Read for Your Rights,” stresses that we not only exercise our own right to read but also defend that right for all readers. Banned Books Week will take place October 5-11, 2025.

Other items appearing in the Spring/Summer 2025 catalog include:

The latest catalog also provides information on ALA Graphics’ ancillary gift shop at bit.ly/graphics-gift-shop. The gift shop has recently debuted designs for Show Up For Our Libraries, Printz25, and AASL’s National Conference.
