CHICAGO—On Friday, June 27, 2025, Core: Leadership, Infrastructure, Futures will present the half-day preconference "Professional Development Plans & Journals for Career Success: The Power of Two" during the 2025 ALA Annual Conference & Exhibition in Philadelphia, PA. Empower your career growth through a personalized Professional Development Plan. This three-hour hands-on workshop will guide participants in creating a roadmap for their career growth, focusing on skills development and goal setting. We'll also explore the power of work journaling for increased self-awareness, improved focus, and enhanced work-life balance.
