Beta Phi Mu Award Call for Nomination extended until March 1st

CHICAGO - The American Library Association (ALA) has announced an extension for nominations for the Beta Phi Mu Award, one of its most esteemed honors, now open until March 1, 2025. An award of achievement to a library school faculty member or to an individual for distinguished service to education for librarianship.
The Beta Phi Mu Award is an annual recognition consisting of $1,000 and a 24k gold-framed citation. The nominations must be accompanied by a specific statement of qualifications of the nominee. Supporting evidence or testimonials are welcome.
