New Core Web Course: Fundamentals of Universal Design for Learning
CHICAGO—Core: Leadership, Infrastructure, Futures is excited to announce the release of a new course, Fundamentals of Universal Design for Learning (FUDL). This 6-week online course introduces the fundamental aspects of universal design for learning. It is designed for introducing and summarizing the Universal Design for Learning (UDL) framework, CAST website, and the UDL on Campus website with captions and transcript. Upon completion of this course, attendees will be able to describe and summarize the UDL framework, investigate different UDL techniques and distinguish which of them could apply to their own libraries, brainstorm ways to implement UDL at their own libraries, and formulate a plan for UDL implementation in the library.
Fundamentals of Universal Design for Learning
Sessions repeat throughout the year. You only need to attend one.
Session 1: July 10 - August 18
Session 2: September 11 - October 20 (registration to come)
Session 3: November 6 - December 22 (registration to come)

This course is limited to 25 students per session. Sessions are expected to sell out quickly.
