The New York Times calls Nancy Pearl “the talk of librarian circles.” She speaks to library and community groups across the country and regularly recommends books on Public Radio International’s Morning Edition, as well as on many public radio station programs. She entertains and informs standing-room only crowds and has even had a librarian action figure modeled in her likeness.

A winner of the 2004 Women’s National Book Association Award, Pearl is also the author of

  • “Book Crush: For Kids and Teens – Recommended Reading for Every Mood, Moment, and Interest";

  • “Book Lust: Recommended Reading for Every Mood, Moment, and Interest";
