LLAMA presents Webinar series for new library directors and deans

The Library Leadership and Management Association (LLAMA) will present a series of four interactive webinars designed to meet the needs of new library leaders at the dean, director, department head or branch manager level. Each of the 60-90 minute programs will feature library consultant Pat Wagner of Pattern Research, Inc.
According to Wagner, “Those initial few weeks as a new library manager or leader can have professional and career repercussions that last years. Good first impressions are more than wearing the right suit, especially when your audience has differing ways of judging your actions.”
