Add some harmonies to your fundraising melody at ALA in New Orleans

CHICAGO - This year’s LLAMA-FRFDS’s Fund Fare is all about about Making Beautiful Music Together!: 360 Degree Fundraising.

The event will be held 10:30 a.m. to noon on Monday, June 27, 10:30 a.m. — noon in Room 277 of the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans.

Panelists include: Peter Pearson, President’s Task Force, ALA Fundraising Toolkit; Scott Cunningham, trustee, NOLA PL and president, Friends of the NO Public Library; Darla Rushing, associate professor emeritus, Loyola University.

This Fundraising 101 session provides practical fundraising and fund development information for development professionals at all levels as well as lay library supporters such as Friends’ members, Foundation staff and donors and library staff.

Everyone in your organization–at all levels–has an impact on fundraising throughout the year. This session will help you create cogent development strategies, develop partnerships and craft messages to engage your entire organization so that everyone is singing the same song.
