Music Library Association’s updated, authoritative classical music collection resource

CHICAGO — The new fourth edition of “A Basic Music Library: Essential Scores and Sound Recordings,” relying on the authority of the Music Library Association and published by ALA Editions, includes thousands of records selected by experts in dozens of specialized and popular areas of music.
