Jeff Steely elected LLAMA president-elect
CHICAGO – The Library Leadership and Management Association (LLAMA) announced today that Jeff A. Steely has been elected as president-elect. He is associate dean of libraries, Baylor University, Waco, Texas.
After hearing of his election, Steely said, “I am delighted to have this opportunity to serve. I believe LLAMA has an opportunity to be the preeminent leadership development organization in our profession, and I look forward to working with our members and the great LLAMA leadership team as we continue to shape a forward-looking association..”
Steely will begin his term as president-elect in June 2014, and will become LLAMA President in June 2015.
