ALA Graphics Fall 2013 Catalog now available
CHICAGO—ALA Graphics has released its Fall 2013 catalog featuring 48 pages of exciting new products that are bound to inspire and excite readers in schools and libraries across the nation. Gracing the cover of the catalog is the ensemble cast of the hit CBS show, "The Big Bang Theory" on a Celebrity READ poster. A coordinating bookmark is also available.
Jeff Probst, Emmy Award-winning host and producer of the popular TV show "Survivor" also endorses the Celebrity READ campaign on a poster. Colonel Hyrum Graff (Harrison Ford) and Ender Wiggin (Asa Butterfield) encourage reading—and critical thinking—in the Ender’s Game poster.
The power of picture books is well represented with posters and bookmarks featuring characters from "A Sick Day for Amos McGee," "Otis," and "Goose and Bear." Snoopy fans can choose from several Snoopy products including a poster, bookmarks, and stickers. An Uglydoll™ poster starring Babo and Uglyworm also makes its debut in the new catalog.
For tweens, Greg Heffley teaches the importance of returning books on time in the new Wimpy Kid Returns poster, while Lemony Snicket warns to Read at Your Own Risk. Among new posters for teens is City of Lost Souls from the popular Mortal Instruments series by Cassandra Claire.
Find all of the new products at the ALA Store, where your purchases fund advocacy, awareness and accreditation programs for library professionals worldwide.
