Author David Wiesner to take part in 75th Caldecott anniversary Facebook Forum
CHICAGO — In November, three-time Caldecott Medal-winning author David Wiesner will participate in a Facebook Forum hosted by the Association for Library Service to Children (ALSC).
As part of the Forum, ALSC will interview Wiesner about his Caldecott award-winning books and take questions from participants. This event is open to the public. The Facebook Forum will take place at 11 a.m. Eastern time on Thursday, Nov. 29, 2012 on the ALSC Facebook page.
This event is part of the celebration of the 75th anniversary of the Caldecott Medal. Throughout 2012 and into 2013, ALSC has many special Caldecott-related events and activities planned, in person, online and in print, to make it possible for all individuals to be involved in the celebration.
