The ALA Annual Conference & Exhibition (Virtual) Program Scheduler is now open
CHICAGO – The American Library Association has announced that the 2021 ALA Annual Conference & Exhibition (Virtual), June 23-29, Program Scheduler is now open. With more than 200 educational sessions, 250+ exhibitors, 25+ featured speakers, and more than 140 authors, there's incredible value in professional development and peer connection at the Annual Conference & Exhibition.
Registration for the conference is now open, and discounted rates are available through April 30, 2021.
Among the live and on-demand educational sessions, attendees will have access to more than 200 educational sessions in the areas of Library Services, EDI, Leadership, Teaching & Learning, Technology, and Library Workplace. The News You Can Use series; interactive Discussion Groups; and President and Chair Programs are also available.
The Library Marketplace will open the Annual Conference with a full day of exhibits and author presentations. The list of exhibitors can be searched by name and by product. Other Library Marketplace activities are available, with many more to be added soon.
Registrants are able to log-in, “favorite” sessions, and add items to their conference calendar. The Scheduler is consistently added up to the date of the conference.
The Annual Conference & Exhibition will launch on Wednesday, June 23 with the Library Marketplace, showcasing more than 250 exhibitors, 11 presentation stages that will highlight notable and genre-specific keynotes, sessions on new book titles, knowledgeable library experts, innovative resources, networking opportunities, giveaways, and more.
The Annual Conference & Exhibition will include educational programming, the News You Can Use series, memorable featured authors and celebrity speakers, special author events, interactive discussion groups, live-chat presentations, and networking opportunities.
