Dr. Caitlin Williams, Ph.D, a career development consultant and coach, will present the session. Dr. Williams works with individuals and organizations to create and implement professional development initiatives. She focuses on helping professionals leverage their talents in ways that truly make a difference. Dr. Williams teaches in the master’s program in Counselor Education at San Jose State University and is associate editor of the National Career Development Association’s Career Convergence Organizations department.
