A panel of LITA leaders who are acknowledged for their reputations and expertise in the library and information technology fields will discuss and debate the top technology trends in public libraries:

  • David Lee King, Digital Services Manager, Topeka and Shawnee County Public Library
  • Michael Porter, Communications Manager, OCLC-WebJunction
  • Monique Sendze, Associate Director of Information Technology and Virtual Services, Douglas County Libraries
  • Kate Sheehan, Co-Editor, ALA Tech Source
  • Michelle Frisque, LITA President & Head, Information Systems, Galter Health Sciences Library, Northwestern University

At the end of this program participants will have a better understanding of the variety of complex information technology issues currently facing public libraries.
