Emerging technologies pose new pedagogical challenges as libraries grapple with assessing their role and impact on learning and scholarship. Please join the LIRT Teaching, Learning, and Technology Committee for a lively and practical exploration of the issues surrounding the integration of tools ranging from 3D printers to virtual reality software into our instructional repertoire. This session will feature a panel of librarians from various types and sizes of libraries followed by group activities and interaction, where we will examine topics such as developing lesson plans and assessment methods, collaborating with faculty and other partners, analyzing formats and modalities of delivery, and contending with varying levels of support and funding.
