Most enjoyable international library project/projects:

My most enjoyable international library projects were working with others to establish an early discussion group in IFLA on advocacy and following that up with other ALA and IFLA members to bring the Campaign for the World's Libraries to the attention of our colleagues in the United States and around the globe.  My abiding interest in  international library affairs arose when as President of ALA I represented members around the world.  In Russia, China, Taiwan, India and the countries of Europe, I learned that American librarians needed to see themselves as citizens of the world to ensure Equity on the Information Highway for people everywhere.
